Nisso America Inc (NAI) is a New York City based company with a major focus on agrochemicals. NAI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Soda Company Ltd., based in Tokyo, Japan. The agrochemicals group is a global agrochemical business focused on Crop Protection Chemicals. Nippon Soda has a strong commitment to the agrochemicals business, and our current turnover comprises around one-third (1/3) of the total company’s turnover. Nippon Soda has a strong R&D group involved in the synthesis and discovery of new products and is currently is evaluating several new candidate compounds for the US market.
